It started out like any ordinary Tuesday morning for local mailman, Daniel Ruiz. He'd walked the same route for years, delivering mail to friendly neighbors and familiar faces. But when he arrived at the modest home of 83-year-old Mrs. Agnes Turner, something felt... off. She was usually at the door with a warm smile and a friendly greeting.
