Brad Pitt's Daughter Confirms What We All Suspected!

In a significant development, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, the 18-year-old daughter of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, has legally changed her name to Shiloh Jolie, omitting her father's surname. This decision, finalized on May 27, 2024—her 18th birthday—was reportedly made independently, with Shiloh hiring her own attorney and covering the legal fees herself.

This change aligns with similar actions by her siblings. Vivienne Jolie, another of the couple's children, is listed as "Vivienne Jolie" in the playbill for the Broadway production of "The Outsiders," which Angelina Jolie produced.

Additionally, Zahara Marley Jolie introduced herself by this name when joining the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority at Spelman College.

These name changes have reportedly caused emotional distress for Brad Pitt. A source close to the actor revealed that he is "aware and upset" about Shiloh's decision, stating, "He loves his children and misses them. It’s very sad."

The family's dynamics have been complex since Angelina Jolie filed for divorce in 2016, seeking sole physical custody of their six children. Since then, reports suggest strained relationships between Pitt and some of his children, with "long gaps where he didn't see the kids at all."
